Financial & Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of service.

The following methods of payment are accepted: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express), cash, checks
Insurance: Stafford Acupuncture or April Enriquez, LAc is not in-network with any health insurance companies, and we do not bill insurance (health insurance, auto or worker’s comp) for services provided. A detailed receipt or superbill will be provided upon request for patients filing their own insurance (out-of-network) or Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account claims.

Stafford Acupuncture is a no-tipping establishment. Acupuncture is the medicine of peace. You may make a donation to Acupuncturists Without Borders that provides disaster relief, recovery and support for building resiliency to communities affected by disasters, human conflict, environmental devastation, poverty and social injustice at acuwithoutborders.com.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, the patient.
The patient is responsible for canceling or rescheduling the appointment no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
A “No Show” is a patient who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24 hour cancellation notice.
A late cancellation or a rescheduled appointment that is less than the 24 hour cancellation notice is still considered a cancellation and is treated as such.
Patients will be charged the FULL treatment amount for missed appointments without at least 24 hours notice with a credit card that will be kept on file. This includes appointments that are made as part of a package.
No exceptions will be made for COVID-19 or illness related cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Exceptions will be made for medical & family emergencies as well as school closures due to bad weather.
Appointments are considered canceled and forfeited 10 minutes after the appointment time without advance notice & charged to the card on file per policy. Please text 540-300-6816 if you are running late.
All patients will have no more than three (3) no show appointments and/or late canceled appointments.
All patients who have three (3) no show appointments and/or late cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments with Stafford Acupuncture.
